Credit Offer Assistant application
Credit Offer Assistant is a tool for customer advisors whose aim is to support the sale of credit cards.
The application works by analyzing the customer’s profile and generating two loan offers. In the first step, the application displays a set of questions with answer options. After selecting the answer, the application generates suggestions for two credit cards that best suit the customer’s needs.
Bank Zachodni WBK entrusted us with the implementation of the technical aspect of the Credit Offer Assistant. As part of the project, we programmed the system and created a dedicated offer selection algorithm. We have also built an administration panel that allows you to conveniently edit a set of questions and modify loan offers.
The application was created in PHP technology using the CakePHP framework. We also designed an individual layout of the Credit Offer Assistant, which was then coded in HTML5 / CSS technology. The front-end of the application uses the Twitter Bootstrap CSS framework and the jQuery programming library.
