Lisner
Few people know that the Lisner brand, which today we associate primarily with Michel Moran, was established as early as the 18th century. The Rhineland Westphalia trade register recorded the company’s presence in 1765.
Lisner is a family business whose name derives from the founder of the family. Lisner’s initial business was the processing and distribution of salmon caught in the Rhine. The company’s clientele at the time was the exquisite princely courts, which testifies to the high quality of Lisner products already at that time.
Over the years, the company has changed owners and gradually expanded its range. Today, Lisner is part of the Homann Group, which is one of the largest players among manufacturers of fish and delicatessen products.
