The spectrum of the institute’s activities is quite broad, encompassing civil, commercial, family, and employment mediations, as well as cross-border mediations.

The founder of the organization is Karolina Amissah-Pszczółkowska, a member of the Polish Mediation Center and a holder of numerous certificates authorizing her to conduct negotiations in various areas of law. Mrs. Karolina’s high competencies and experience guarantee effectiveness in achieving the best alternative to the negotiated position.
